Pricing / Availability Error Policy

We are very proud to bring you the lowest jewelry prices anywhere - lower than other internet sites, jewelry marts and retail jewelers.  While we take every precaution to ensure that our prices are accurate, it is possible that programming errors may exist on our website or that individuals (i.e., hackers) may alter the prices on our site or submit fraudulent orders.  MySapphireSource reserves the right to reject orders in which the price was not as intended.

In addition, if an item is ordered which is not is stock, and which we are not planning to restock, or planning to restock at a higher price due to increased manufacturing costs, the order will be cancelled and the buyer immediately notified by email.
